Mais que se passe-t-il lorsque votre application exige une configuration diff\u00e9rente\u00a0? Lorsque vous avez besoin d&#039;un ressort capable de se comprimer bien plus que ce que permettent les configurations standard\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le genre de d\u00e9fi que nous relevons chez <a href=\"https:\/\/dinglidiespring.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ressort DL<\/a>. Les ressorts en fil m\u00e9tallique rectangulaire rouge que vous voyez ci-dessous repr\u00e9sentent une conception que de nombreux fabricants de ressorts consid\u00e9reraient comme difficile \u00e0 produire\u00a0: un ressort de compression \u00e0 grand pas avec un taux de compression qui d\u00e9passe largement les sp\u00e9cifications typiques des ressorts moul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9fi des ressorts \u00e0 grande amplitude<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici ce que la plupart des ing\u00e9nieurs d\u00e9couvrent lorsqu&#039;ils commencent \u00e0 sp\u00e9cifier des ressorts de compression\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leespring.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pdf\/Lee%20Spring%20-%20WhitePaper%20-%20Spring%20Design%20General%20Consideration_US.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lorsque le pas d&#039;un ressort est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 son diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur, cela cr\u00e9e des difficult\u00e9s d&#039;enroulement<\/a>. Sa teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en silicium lui conf\u00e8re d&#039;excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lastiques et une grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu&#039;est-ce qui compte concr\u00e8tement\u00a0? Ce mat\u00e9riau conserve bien ses caract\u00e9ristiques d&#039;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 m\u00eame apr\u00e8s des cycles r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s et pr\u00e9sente une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la relaxation, ce qui signifie qu&#039;il ne perdra pas de hauteur aussi rapidement au cours de sa dur\u00e9e de vie que les aciers \u00e0 ressort de qualit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi ne pas utiliser du fil d&#039;acier standard pour la musique ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les applications o\u00f9 le ressort est soumis \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es ou \u00e0 des cycles de contrainte importants, l&#039;acier 55CrSi offre de meilleures performances que le fil d&#039;acier \u00e0 haute teneur en carbone standard. Nous voulons savoir\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quelles forces sont n\u00e9cessaires et \u00e0 quelles distances de compression ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De quel espace dispose l&#039;installation ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelle est la dur\u00e9e de vie pr\u00e9vue du cycle ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faut-il prendre en compte la temp\u00e9rature\u00a0?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment le ressort sera-t-il guid\u00e9 (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant)\u00a0?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 2 : Calcul et v\u00e9rification de la force<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que notre \u00e9quipe de conception apporte une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e. En observant le ressort sur les photos, on constate qu\u2019il fonctionne dans deux positions\u00a0: 90,5\u00a0mm et 52,5\u00a0mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec une raideur de ressort de 9 N\/mm, nous pouvons calculer les forces\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En position de travail 1 (90,5 mm) :<\/strong><br>Compression par rapport \u00e0 la longueur libre = 110 \u2013 90,5 = 19,5 mm<br>Force = 9 N\/mm \u00d7 19,5 mm = 175,5 N<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En position de travail 2 (52,5 mm) :<\/strong><br>Compression par rapport \u00e0 la longueur libre = 110 \u2013 52,5 = 57,5 mm<br>Force = 9 N\/mm \u00d7 57,5 mm = 517,5 N<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais voici le point essentiel\u00a0: nous ne nous contentons pas de calculer le comportement du ressort\u00a0; nous v\u00e9rifions que ces forces correspondent aux besoins r\u00e9els de l\u2019application. Il arrive qu\u2019un client pense avoir besoin d\u2019une certaine raideur de ressort, mais apr\u00e8s analyse de ses exigences, nous constatons qu\u2019une autre sp\u00e9cification serait plus adapt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 3 : Analyse de la faisabilit\u00e9 de fabrication<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Peut-on r\u00e9ellement fabriquer ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u\u00a0? Avec des ressorts \u00e0 grand pas, c\u2019est une vraie question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre <a href=\"https:\/\/dinglidiespring.com\/fr\/process\/spring-winding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9quipement d&#039;enroulement de ressorts<\/a> Il est possible de r\u00e9aliser des enroulements de fil rectangulaires, mais cette m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9sente des limites. L&#039;indice de ressort, le rapport pas\/diam\u00e8tre et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du mat\u00e9riau sont autant de facteurs qui d\u00e9terminent la faisabilit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de la fabrication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce ressort en particulier, il a fallu choisir une section transversale de fil rectangulaire afin d&#039;obtenir la raideur ad\u00e9quate tout en permettant sa fabrication avec notre \u00e9quipement. C&#039;est un compromis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 4\u00a0: Prototype et tests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les ressorts sur mesure, nous produisons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&#039;abord des prototypes. Ceux-ci sont test\u00e9s afin de v\u00e9rifier\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La raideur du ressort correspond aux calculs (dans les limites de tol\u00e9rance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les dimensions sont correctes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le ressort se comporte comme pr\u00e9vu sur toute sa plage de compression.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aucun probl\u00e8me de flambage ou d&#039;instabilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous passons \u00e0 la production en s\u00e9rie uniquement apr\u00e8s l&#039;approbation du prototype.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quand avez-vous besoin de ce type de ressort ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ressorts \u00e0 fil rectangulaire \u00e0 grand pas sont peu courants et ne conviennent pas \u00e0 toutes les applications. Ils se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent toutefois judicieux dans les cas suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vous disposez d&#039;un espace vertical limit\u00e9.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si votre \u00e9quipement a une hauteur de fermeture ou une profondeur d&#039;installation limit\u00e9es, mais que vous avez tout de m\u00eame besoin d&#039;une course de compression importante, augmenter le pas tout en utilisant un fil rectangulaire peut \u00eatre une solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vous avez besoin d&#039;une force variable sur une longue course.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque votre application n\u00e9cessite des forces relativement l\u00e9g\u00e8res \u00e0 un endroit et des forces plus importantes \u00e0 un autre, mais que ces deux endroits sont \u00e9loign\u00e9s l&#039;un de l&#039;autre, un ressort comme celui-ci peut bien fonctionner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les ressorts de matrice standard ne r\u00e9pondent pas \u00e0 vos besoins.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, vous regardez \u00e0 travers <a href=\"https:\/\/dinglidiespring.com\/fr\/product-category\/die-springs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">catalogues de ressorts de matrice standard<\/a> Et rien ne convient vraiment. C&#039;est l\u00e0 que la conception sur mesure prend tout son sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consid\u00e9rations et limitations de conception<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je dois \u00eatre honn\u00eate quant aux limites de ce type de conception de ressort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exigences en mati\u00e8re d&#039;orientation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un ressort dont le pas est important par rapport \u00e0 son diam\u00e8tre est plus susceptible de se d\u00e9former sous compression. Pour que le ressort pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ici fonctionne correctement, il n\u00e9cessite un guidage ad\u00e9quat\u00a0: une tige centrale, un tube ext\u00e9rieur, ou les deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans un guidage ad\u00e9quat, le ressort pourrait se d\u00e9former lat\u00e9ralement lorsqu&#039;il est comprim\u00e9, ce qui modifierait ses caract\u00e9ristiques de force et pourrait potentiellement entra\u00eener une d\u00e9faillance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tol\u00e9rances de fabrication<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ressorts \u00e0 grand pas peuvent pr\u00e9senter des tol\u00e9rances plus larges sur certaines dimensions que les ressorts \u00e0 pas standard. La tol\u00e9rance sur la raideur du ressort, par exemple, peut \u00eatre de \u00b110% au lieu de \u00b15% pour un ressort de compression standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela ne signifie pas que le ressort ne fonctionnera pas ; cela signifie simplement que vous devez concevoir votre application pour tenir compte de cette variabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consid\u00e9rations relatives aux co\u00fbts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ressorts sur mesure co\u00fbtent plus cher que les ressorts standard du catalogue.
