Last week, our newly purchased spring coiling machine finally arrived at the factory. Honestly, watching the tightly wrapped equipment being unloaded from the truck got our workshop team pretty excited—after all, this represents a significant investment in upgrading our spring manufacturing capabilities this year.
On the day of delivery, the logistics team made sure to transport the machinery into the workshop by afternoon. Right after unpacking, our technical team immediately began the debugging process. This new machine is primarily designed for producing compression springs and certain custom spring orders, offering higher precision and significantly improved production efficiency.
What really caught my attention was a small detail in the workshop: before clocking out, our technicians carefully arranged all their tools in perfect order—wrenches, screwdrivers, measuring instruments… neatly lined up on a bright red tool tray. This actually reflects Dingli’s consistent approach—equipment can be new, but work habits and standards must never slip.
The commissioning of this new equipment means we now have stronger delivery capabilities across our product lines, including die springs, torsion springs, and extension springs. Especially for customer demands requiring high precision and tight deadlines, we can now respond with much greater confidence.
From debugging to trial production, the whole process went quite smoothly. The new machine’s interface is more intelligent than our previous equipment, and combined with our post-treatment processes, the overall production workflow has become much more streamlined.
